Steve is the founder of Fad Saoil Saunas,  Ireland's first professional mobile Sauna service.

He talks about his life as a rugby player, how he came up with the idea for Fad Saoil Saunas, setting up a business and then having to close due to lockdowns but coming back better than ever.

He talks about the benefits of sauna use and tells me about his newest location.
